If ShotHatch is not right for you, you can get a full refund of a Launch Pass within 14 days of the purchase, for any reason and without having to explain.

How to ask for a refund

• Use the link in the receipt email from Paddle, or contact Paddle at paddle.net. Paddle is our reseller and Merchant of Record and processes all refunds.
• You can also write to us at [email protected] with the email address of your account; we will arrange the refund with Paddle.
• The refund goes back to the original payment method. How fast it appears depends on your bank or card issuer.

What happens after a refund

• The Launch Pass from that purchase ends and its remaining AI credits expire.
• You can still open, edit and export your existing projects, as after any pass ends.
• Graphics you have already downloaded stay yours.

After 14 days

A pass is a one-time purchase for a fixed period and never renews, so there is nothing to cancel. After 14 days we refund only where the law requires it or the service did not work as described; write to us and we will look at every case.

If you are a consumer, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
